3. Inquiries and Form Submissions
When you submit an inquiry, request an assessment, or contact us through the Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, guarantee a response, or obligate Trustpar to provide services.
Any proposal, scope of work, pricing, service commitment, or support obligation must be agreed to separately in writing.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or security-critical information through general website forms unless we have specifically requested it or you have a written agreement with Trustpar that covers that information.
4. Services and Separate Agreements
Trustpar provides IT support and technology services to clients under separate agreements. Those agreements may include terms related to service scope, support coverage, pricing, payment, confidentiality, data handling, security responsibilities, warranties, limitations of liability, and termination.
The Website may describe services, capabilities, packages, or client experience examples. These descriptions are general and may change at any time. Service availability, scope, and terms are determined by the applicable written agreement between Trustpar and the client.
